BillGoose is building a new kind of household management platform. We help people compare, choose and manage the services that keep their homes running, but the job is much bigger than finding a cheaper deal.
Our Mission is simple; we want to turn scattered household information into clear insights and useful action.
To do that we need people who care about customers, notice the detail and are prepared to solve difficult problems properly.
What it is like to work here
BillGoose is a growing business. That means there is real work to do and plenty that has not been decided yet. People are close to the product, the customer and the commercial reality of the business, but good ideas do not need to travel through layers of management before they are heard.
We work across product, technology, data, operations, finance, security, marketing and partnerships. The teams are different, but the standard is the same: understand the problem, take responsibility and leave things better than you found them.
The pace can be quick. Priorities will sometimes move as we learn. We expect people to speak up when something is unclear, risky or simply not good enough. We would rather have an honest conversation early than repair avoidable damage later.

I love this role because every hour is different. In one day I can be working with our marketing partners to get our best deals in front of the right customers, working with our technology partners to roll out a new category, ensuring our technology stack is robust, as well as producing content to help our customers navigate complex decisions and ultimately get the best deals that are right for their situation.
